This ENT kit includes the following products:

SI.-W Prevents and corrects sinusitis and clears the respiratory tract. SI.-W liquefies and drains sinus passages.

E.T.I.-W Relieves earache, painful tonsils and reduces fever.

Cajeput oil (30ml) To rinse sinuses, one drop in a half cup of water. Influenza, headaches, chest tightness, laryngitis, 2 drops on the tongue or a few drops externally on the throat and chest.

During convalescence:

  • Limit the consumption of sugar, salt, trans and saturated fats.
  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine and energizing drinks.
  • Drink a lot of water.
  • Eat Healthy foods (fruis and vegetables). P.S. Eat fruits before meals or between meals.
  • Make sure you have a good fiber intake.
  • Avoid mucus inducer foods.
  • Avoid stress and get enough rest.
  • Ensure good intestinal elimination.

Take probiotics to restore a healthy intestinal flora and some supplements of vitamins and minerals (Antioxidant), if your diet does not contain enough.

Mucus inducer foods                    Replace by
Animal source milk such as :

  • Cow’s milk, goat’s milk and their derivatives.
  • All cheeses (Cheeze Whiz, Velveeta, Cottage and
  • Yoghurt, iced cream, whipped cream, 10% cream, 15% and  35%
  • Pastries made with cow’s milk or goat.
Molk of vegetable source such as :

  • Rice milk and almond milk.
  • Parmesan cheese,iced cream, rice milk, pastries and desserts made with rice milk.


Wheat, oats and foods made from these ingredients such as :

  • Breads, pasta  etc.
  • Oat’s meal, Müesli, granola and  granola bars.
Cereals without gluten or with water-soluble gluten such as :

  • Millet, rice, corn, rye, barley, quinoa etc.
  • Peanuts, nuts, pecans.
  • Sunflower seeds, pumpkin and sesame etc.
  • Bananas, cucumber, cantaloupe, honey dew melon.
  • Pear, apple, grape, peach, plum, prune, melon etc.
  • Fried food, margarine  or butter.
  • Bake, steam, T-Fal without fat.

There are several health problems that are caused by allergic reactions or even intolerance to certain foods. The most  common are dairy or lactose products that cause diarrhea, gas, stomach aches and so on. And those to milk proteins that cause respiratory  problems such as bronchitis, sinusitis, rhinitis, otitis, asthma, common cold and flu and all diseases ending  in  ITIS, as well as respiratory allergy to pollen, mild, grass, hairs from animals, hay fevers and skin reactions such as : psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema etc.

It is therefore important that you recognize the foods that cause secretions in the back of the throat, cough, runny nose, digestive or respiratory problems. Listen to your body, it’s your best doctor! Avoid these foods for a while to allow your body to recover and when you are better, start them slowly and gradually.
