With the air we breathe, the water we drink and the food we eat, our body is poisoned by chemicals, heavy metals, and parasites. They are often unknown to most people and cause symptoms that often resemble those of AD/HD. What is the true ADD / ADHD?

– Lack of attention to detail
– Lack of listening
– Forget the instructions
– Difficulty organizing

Note that a person can have one or the other of these problems without having AD / HD.

The natural approach to keep the nervous system healthy?

1- Avoid chemical additives
2- Reduce consumptiom of refined foods
3- Take a substantial breakfast
4- Supplements : B-complex vitamins, calcium, magnesium, lecithin, omega-3
5- Check for allergies : dairy products, wheat, corn, gluten.
